Great Short Answers

1.  Begin with a complete sentence that uses key words from the question
2.    Start with a general statement that answers the question as directly as possible.  Remember to get to the point quickly.
3. Then give a complete answer by elaborating on your first statement.  Provide appropriate examples to support the statement.
4.    Reread the question and your answer CAREFULLY.  Ask yourself, “What are they asking?"  Make sure your answer specifically answers the question.
5. Check for capitalization, usage, punctuation, and spelling.
